Academic Visit to Thailand (13 - 17 Disember 2009) Rombongan 'merisik' untuk Dr Sharif... hahahaha Maaflah ye, sebab mengeluarkan cerita basi untuk tatapan umum. Lama tak berblogging sebab berperang dengan schedule yang ketat. Inilah rombongan kami ke Thailand . Boleh tahan ramai jugaklah. Dari kiri, Muszafar Huzaireen Mustafar (HOD SEGI College Library, Subang Jaya), Mohd Alfarabie Mohd Nasir (Librarian UiTM), Syuq Mohamed, Norhaidawati Hamzah, Norhazura Hamzah (Librarian UPM), Noor Azreen Alimin (Pensyarah UiTM Machang, Kelantan), Dr Dang Merduwati, Cik Salmah, Cik Faida (Librarian PPAS Selangor), Siti Rohayu Abdul Rashid (Research Assistant), Wan Nur Hafizah Wan Ismail, Norelmin Sapuan (Librarian PPAS, Selangor), Dr Sharif (Chef DeMission). 2 orang lagi merayap entah ke mana. Ulang tahun ke-5, since aku first berblogging pada tahun 2006. Perlukan make over untuk menyedapkan mata berbanding template lama yang agak ketinggalan. Setelah berduyun-duyun template aku browse, aku akhirnya berkenan pada yang satu ni. New Template Apa kaitan make over dengan funeral? Hanfon aku yang dua-dua tu dah masuk ke alam lain. Yang PDA, dah boleh dikapankan setelah 4 tahun aku pakai. Macam mana entah, 2 ari lepas, aku charge dari malam sampai pagi, tak idup-idup. Tekan2 tak dapat on, akhirnya aku yang tertekan. Yang Samsung pun iras-iras nak ikut jejak PDA. Tempat kita cucuk charger pulak melted. Ini lagi aku tak tau macam mana boleh berlaku. Tau jer dorang nie, time aku semput gile nilah dorang buat hal.... sabar jelah!! Terasa aku ni duduk dalam gua... nak kontek orang pun susah.... super lost aku jadik nye. Cerita ni berlaku minggu lepas. Aku mengambil kesempatan waktu lunch hour untuk tidur, paham-paham jelah sebab waktu malam aku berjaga bagaikan kelawar. kembali pada kisah nyata, aku mendakap batal aku yang kiut dan terus terlelap. Tengah syok tidur, aku dikejutkan oleh bos aku. Kita tengok perbualan dengan bos aku kat bawah ni: Bos: Jim (sambil gerakan tangan aku). Aku: Ye... En. Tuuuttt (maaplah.. nama dirahsiakan). Tangan aku mengusap-usapkan mata Bos: Jom kita pegi seminar kat Sarawak tu sama-sama. Aku: Tak nak bos. Aku nak pegi seminar kat Kelantan tu jugak.... Bos: Kalau awak pegi seminar kat Sarawak tu nanti, boleh awak balik Sarawak. Aku: Aku tak pernah pegi Kelantan lagi.... Sekali, aku terbangun.... mimpi rupanya.... punyalah ngeri!! Buat apalah ko masuk dalam mimpi aku.... Jam di tangan dah pukul 2 petang. Keja timelah tu.... (Moral of the story.. seram seh bila bos yang jadi main karektor)

I have less than 2 months before I end my status as a student. This is the toughest battle I ever encountered, but I will never ever give up or loose. The battle does not own me, but I am the one who conquering this gruesome process by controlling the last thing I owned, emotion. I am not urging people to understand my situation or having those sympathize feeling over my condition. Scram those who giving me unnecessary hurdles, but in the end I have to pass them with face up. For the last lap, I begin to have courage by omitting 'thing' that I am attached with, Facebook, Yahoo Mail, etc. which requiring extra time from me to be involved with. Many drama going on too... for example, financial crisis, pathetic drama created by a housemate, (not created by "F", but the other one, a drama queen. Adakah bergaduh dengan jiran. Klu dengan housemate logik juga kan!!), hectic work, so on and so forth.. In the end, all the above really slapped me on my face... I remember a pas...

Sekitar 5 gereja telah terlibat untuk menjayakan konsert yang dianjurkan oleh SIB the City, Kuching. Seronok melihat anak-anak muda yang begitu bersemangat melayani melalui saluran yang positif. Semua gereja yang terlibat disyaratkan untuk membawa lagu-lagu baru ciptaan asli. Maka, telinga ini dihidangkan dengan pelbagai muzik-muzik yang menarik. Sekiranya acara ini diteruskan, saya percaya penganjur akan lebih berpengalaman untuk menganjurkan acara kreatif ini. Our children having a great day, as the day was their first attempt to perform in front of the public. Plus, that day was their first experience in Praise N Worship. Apart of singing, dancing, they also performed in a play, which I thought as a cute and adorable performance, as they expressed their grateful and adoration of Jesus. This story struck me with lightning on how I should be grateful with what I had. Truly inspiring... Peng Shuilin Peng Shuilin had half of his body amputated after being run over by a truck. But he never gave up! His recovery has amazed surgeons after almost two years undergoing a series of operations. The vice-president of the hospital where this 37-year old Chinese man has been treated said: "He is amazing and the only person in the world to survive having so much of his body amputated.. He's doing well now and has opened his own bargain supermarket - called the Half Man-Half Price Store. That's incredible. It seems nothing can get him down.
