Hati melompat-lompat katak, lompat kuang, lompat guni, lompat pagar.. semua ada. Nak lompat pasal Sabtu lepas berangan nak ke JB, time balik dari Melaka, mata nie dok tenung signboard ke Johor Bahru. Dalam kepala pun berfikir, bilalah kaki aku nak jejak JB? Johor paling jauh aku pegi pun Mersing.... 2, 3 tahun lepas. Isnin lepas, tetiba bos dan senior datang menadah tangan, mempersilakan pegawai junior macam aku untuk ke JB untuk buat 'inspection', mewakili kakanda-kakanda sekalian yang tak boleh menerjah Kota JB atas sebab-sebab yang tak boleh dielakkan. Maka Julai 21 aku menapak kat JBatas urusan Baginda. Aku tanyalah apa yang patut aku buat, manalah aku nie outstation atas nama Unirazak? Bos pun cakap, "Kau buat macam nie, macam tue. Almost two months dah aku berhimpit dan berasak dalam train, every single working day pulak tue. Sebab dah bosan dengan traffic jam di Federal Highway dan kos perbelanjaan yang tinggi (Parking, minyak, toll) dan berat badan yang makin.... I've made my decision to change my lifestyle appropriately. After kira-kira, the only way for to reach office dengan cepat dan awal is to use public transportation dan yang paling dekat with my office is KTM or komuter. Memang dekat.. ibarat baling batu dari stesen pun sampai ofis... kalaulah. Dengan usaha jaya nie, aku berjaya menjimatkan hampir RM150-200 sebulan. Tol tak payah bayar, minyak aku dah kurangkan, parking pun tak payah bayar sbb aku parking 'haram'. Pagi-pagi aku dah pecut ke Stesen Seksyen 19 dan menapak kat sana pukul 7.30pg. Kalau lambat dari tu aku kena berjalan macam ribut sebab nak kejar waktu masuk keje. Sampai opis dalam 20-30 minit je dan kalau bawa kete. kompem 1 jam. Kalau eksiden lagi hampeh. After major relocation take place this will be my new office. Deco-deco ala Borneo. Satisfied jugak dgn perkembangan terbaharu nie. Setelah berpenat-lelah hampir sebulan setengah, akhirnya masing-masing boleh berbangga with our new location. From Kelana Jaya to Bali (Leisure Square Commerce), Bandar Sunway. Nasib baiklah, University Library pindah sebelum puasa, kalau tak, pengsan semua dgn 40 ribu koleksi. Siap dengan deco raya pulak. Budget ciput, so hiasan pun ala-ala ciput jugaklah. Oh ya.. I am no more in charge of Catalouing Unit. I've been transferred to new unit, which is Customer Services unit, consist of Collection Managemnet Unit and Research and Reference Unit. These pictures was taken from the Info Clinic Programme I've conducted for the past month (June). Small number of students attended this programme, even thought I've promoted the event throughout the university. However, I received good response from my students and they gave we positive comments towards the content of my syllabus. Its took me more than a week to build and develop such porgramme, which not only benefited the participants who have attendend this programme, but also adopting the skills and knowledge acquired during the learning and teaching process. I will run a test in order to determine the result of my programme. I would like to know whether this programme is effective or not. Otherwise, modification and addition is much needed to improve the programme for future participant.
