Cuti-Cuti Malaysia - Pre-Events 1

My 10th days of holiday are tiresome as ever, plus awesome and handsome… (ape ke hal?) As usual my holidays must begin by coordinating my working schedule ahead. Two weeks before my actual… so called holidays commence, I have to re-arrange my time table… why? When you are working in the service industry like me… you have to. I have to find someone else to replace my duty on the 30th May (Saturday). Not to mention the pile of works need to be done as well. Besides cataloguing process (that is my daily routine anyway)… I have been assigned to conduct a short training based on the training I’ve attended earlier. This session is called “Knowledge Exchange” (26th May) and the session was being divided into five sessions, mine is the last… save the last for the bestlah!!! Each session consume around 20-30 minutes. Mine, ended to 2 hours and the half (permission is granted by my boss), wakakaaa…

The topic for my session is “ENHANCING ADMINISTRATIVE & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TRAINING: CONCEPT & IMPLEMENTATION”. Instead of summarizing the entire sub-topics, I have decided to come up with my own ideas, but still based on the topic given by adding theoretical elements, practicality of the ideas, conceptual analysis, visuals simulation, case study, and also audio visual materials into my presentation.

Being the last presenter is tough because the clock is ticking on 12.10 p.m. I don’t want to my presentation to be dulled (boring nak mamposs). So I’ve created the hype with visual presentation and examples that close with actual scenarios and taking the words of GOD as idiom (words of wisdom), otherwise, they will be sleeping the half through. Amazing… the response I received is positive (laughing, giggling, active communication during Q & A session, etc) and they are amazed with the outcomes I presented (thank YOU for the preparation and tak cukup tidur, plus prayers)
