Recording Session at Gecko Music


Some may say it is good! Some may say it is great! But I should say...Thank You for the experience. Let me be the monument of HIS awesome power.. Let those who have breath praise and glorify HIS name...!! Humble me more and I always thirst for more of YOUR love.

This recording session was done at GeckoMusic, Melaka (05/04/08-06/04/08). I couldn't resist being nervous, panic, happy, proud at the same time. Singing at the studio compared to live session is much different. Singing live is more fun but during recording you have to pour all your emotion into that particular song, place your soul and understand the lyric. If not, we are failed to 'deliver' song into higher place. My weaknesses;


1. Lack of emotion
2. Tempo (aduh!)
3. Panic (mak datuk)
4. Voice and phrasing (Breathing)

5. Lack of experience, etc. (confident)
6. Doesn't know anything about music, zero!!

I guest being a lead singer wasn't my forte!! I'm suitable as those who standing as background singer. Hehehehee... being realistic. But I'll cherish every bit of it..

Sudah menjadi tradisi bagi University Library, untuk mengadakan Majlis Hari Raya sempena bulan Syawal. Cuma kali ni, University Library tidak lagi membuka pintu untuk department-department lain. Biarlah kami bermaharajalela dengan kelazatan makanan. (Department lain pun tak pernah jemput kami bila ada 'rumah terbuka', cuma kami sahaja yang sibuk menjemput orang. Kononnya nak merapatkan ukhwahlah. Tahun ni University Library buat rumah tertutup. Unit masing-masing membawa juadah yang dimasakan yang disediakan dengan kehebatan air tangan chef-chet terkemuka. Unit aku menyediakan air. Aku dengan rela hati belajar resepi baru dari Pn Kamariah. Maka terciptalah minuman yang digelar Mock Tail, gabungan air soda, susu segar perasa strawberry, buah-buahan dalam tin, susu sejat, air gula, sumi dan ais.
